The first, you create a new document (width=400px, height=175px), background's color is black
Then open this C4D image
Resize or crop a part of that image then put it into your document like this:
Open this render (Click on this image to download source file with transparent background)
Resize it and then move it to your work like this:
Duplicate layer C4D then move the "layer copy" to the top, change its blend mode to Screen
Resize then move it to the place as shown below
Continue to duplicate this laye then move its "layer copy 2" to the place as shown below
Continue to duplicate this layer and move the "layer copy 3" to the place as shown below:
Press Ctrl+J and you will get:
Continue to press Ctrl+J then press Ctrl+T, move to the hand of render:
Click on the icon Choose Filter and then set something like this:
Continue to click on that icon and choose Color Balance
You will get:
Continue to click on choose Curves and set something like this
Create a new layer, fill it with #FFF5BB color, change blend mode to Multiply
You will get:
Continue to click on this choose Color Balance, set properties like this:
Now you will add some texts you like on the signature
Use Blending Option to decorate the text and you will get the final result:
